Job Description:
We are hiring energetic and career-focused Sales Executives / Business Development Executives who want to build a successful career in the IT Software industry.

The candidate will be responsible for finding new customers, generating leads, explaining software solutions, maintaining customer relationships, and increasing business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through market visit , calling, online research, social media, and other channels
• Contact new customers and explain software products & services
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Give online software demonstrations to clients
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
• Maintain customer database and daily activity reports
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Coordinate with the software development/support team




• Achieve monthly sales goals

Required Skills:
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Robust convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer relationship management skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Quick learning ability

Eligibility:
• Freshers & Experienced candidates both can apply
• ITI / Diploma/Any Graduate/ PG

Salary : Rs 12,000 - 20,000 + Attractive Sales Incentives
