Roles & Responsibilities -
Provide comprehensive medical care to neonatal, pediatric, and adolescent patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency services.
Assess, diagnose, and initiate appropriate treatment under the supervision of pediatric consultants.
Monitor patients clinical condition and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Manage pediatric and neonatal emergencies in accordance with hospital protocols.
Assist consultants in patient management and pediatric procedures.
Perform routine clinical procedures as per training and hospital policy.
Order and interpret diagnostic investigations and implement appropriate treatment plans.
Counsel parents and caregivers regarding treatment, immunization, nutrition, growth, and follow-up care.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Participate in ward rounds, rotational shifts, night duties, and on-call responsibilities.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
Contribute to clinical audits, continuous medical education (CME), and quality improvement initiatives.
Educational Qualification : MBBS degree.
Required Experience : Minimum 3 years working experience in any Reputed multispecialty hospital.
