- Independently handle end-to-end accounting and finalization of accounts for multiple entities.

- Prepare and consolidate group financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Ensure timely closure of books (monthly/quarterly/yearly) with accuracy and completeness.

- Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.

- Lead and coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits; ensure timely audit closures.

- Oversee plant-level accounting, including inventory valuation, cost accounting, and variance analysis.

- Monitor and control costs, ensuring effective budgeting and financial discipline.

- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analysis for management decision-making.

- Handle banking operations including fund management, working capital planning, and cash flow monitoring.

- Manage banking documentation and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Ensure proper internal controls, processes, and compliance frameworks are in place.





Job Requirements

- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and consolidation.

- In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

- Experience in manufacturing/plant accounting and inventory management.

- Proficiency in MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
