- Oversee daily operations of mutual fund, AIF, and Gift City fund distribution, ensuring compliance with SEBI/AMFI regulations.

- Develop and execute business growth strategies to acquire new clients for corporates, HNIs, SMEs, and retail through partner networks.

- Lead client portfolio management, providing financial advice on asset allocation, risk management, and investment reviews.

- Build and maintain high-net-worth relationships, coordinating with internal teams for wealth planning and cross-selling opportunities.

- Monitor performance metrics, manage team operations, and ensure adherence to risk policies while expanding AUM.

- Manage and supervise a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

- Proven track record in Eastern India markets and digital platforms.

- AMFI certification for MFDs is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services,



including mutual funds and AIFs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to provide sound financial advice.

- An MBA in Finance is preferred.
