Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand payroll business requirements.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll, Payroll Elements, Fast Formulas, Balances, and Payroll Flows.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare functional design documents.
- Work on payroll setup, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
- Support payroll data conversion and validation.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams during implementation.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support.
- Resolve payroll-related issues and support month-end payroll processing.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll.
- Experience in payroll configuration and processing.
- Understanding of statutory payroll requirements.
- Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and user support.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
