Role & responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets for the Protecton product portfolio within the allocated territory.
- Develop and grow business through dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, fabricators and project customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in waterproofing, construction chemicals, protective coatings and allied solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, structural consultants, civil engineers, builders, contractors, applicators and institutional clients.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads, convert enquiries into sales and expand market penetration.
- Promote Protecton products through technical presentations, product demonstrations, site trials and customer training programs.
- Ensure availability and visibility of products across the dealer and distributor network.
- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends and customer requirements and provide timely market intelligence.




- Coordinate with Technical Services, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables from customers and channel partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support to strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales pipeline, project status, forecasts and MIS/CRM reports.
- Conduct dealer engagement activities, product awareness programs, and promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and ethical business practices.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers, monitor market developments and achieve business objectives.
