Job Description

Position: Senior Accounts Manager

Location: HO, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities -

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accurate MIS reports for management decision-making
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and other applicable laws
- Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B reconciliation, annual returns, audits)
- Manage statutory audits, tax audits, cost audits, and internal audits
- Coordinate with statutory authorities and consultants

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Implement cost optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Lead, mentor,



and review work of accounts and finance team
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, QA, HR, and commercial teams
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
