Role & responsibilities

Candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

We are seeking an experienced and senior Finance & Accounts qualified to join our team in the Testing Analytics industry, and who would effectively lead the Finance & Accounts Team

Key Responsibilities:

- Bank Reconciliation (BRS): Regular reconciliation of bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Banking and allied matters.
- Cash Management Information Systems (MIS): Prepare and manage detailed cash flow reports, track daily cash activities, and maintain accurate cash records.
- Letter of Credit (LC): Oversee the complete LC process, including issuance, amendments, and settlements.
- Asset Management
- Preparation of Board & Management Decks with proper financial reporting.
- Balance Sheet Preparation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets and related financial reports.
- Taxation: Manage tax-related responsibilities including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Tax Entries: Accurately manage and record all tax-related entries in the accounting system.
- Account Finalization: Finalize accounts annually and ensure that all financial statements comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Internal Audit Handling: Coordinate and support internal audit processes, address audit queries, and implement audit recommendations.




- Financial Reporting: Maintain accounting records in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards relevant to the industry.
- Board Meeting Matters and coordination with Top Management & Principals spread across a large global footprint

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be a seasoned and experienced Chartered Accountant having at least 15-20 years experience coupled with a proven track record in managing a wide range of accounting functions, including Board Matters, Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), Cash Management Information Systems (MIS), Letters of Credit (LC), balance sheet preparation, Taxation, coordination with various stakeholders including the principals. He should be able to stitch together a team and work effectively with top management of the Company.

Additionally, the candidate must have hands-on experience in account finalization , handling internal audits and handling Team. The role requires overseeing day-to-day financial transactions while ensuring total accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with applicable regulations coupled with confidentiality
