1. Job Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable :

- Managing the companys bills and invoices that need to be paid.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

1. Purchase Bill Booking :

- Recording and documenting all purchase bills in the accounting system.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

1. Vendor Reconciliation :

- Matching the companys records of vendor transactions with the vendors records.
- Resolving any discrepancies and ensuring accounts are balanced.

Stock Verification :

- Physically counting and verifying the inventory or stock levels.
- Comparing the physical count with the records in the accounting system to identify discrepancies.

1. MIS Work :

- Generating reports and providing management with relevant financial and operational information.
- Analyzing data to support decision-making processes.

1. GST and TDS :

- Handling GST compliance, including filing returns and maintaining records.
- Managing TDS deductions and compliance with TDS provisions.

1. NAVISION and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning):

- Experience with or willingness to learn ERP software like NAVISION.
- Using ERP systems to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
