- Order process Dispatch coordination Quality Check before Dispatch
- Basic Excel knowledge of Pivot table, VLOOKUP, sum if, count if, etc.
- Able to relocate if selected to another city
- Managing MIS Daily / Weekly Monthly - Data Management
- Preferably, knowledge of E-commerce, Amazon Flipkart order process
- Residence facility for employees who can relocate in another state

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate daily Pick Lists from Order Management system ( OMS Uniware)
- Process customer orders from various e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate order allocation and picking activities.
- Perform Quality Check (QC) before dispatch.
- Ensure correct packing and shipment of orders.
- Coordinate with courier partners and transporters for dispatch.




- Track pending orders and ensure timely dispatch.
- Handle warehouse operations and supervise the operations team.
- Maintain dispatch accuracy and minimize order errors.
- Prepare and share daily operational reports (MIS).
- Monitor daily productivity and team performance.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure warehouse processes follow company SOPs.

Work experience : -

- Min 12th passed
- Fresher can apply
- Basic Excel
- Prepare Weekly Report - daily operation work ( order process via Unicommerce)
- Excel Word/email
- MS Excel
