We are hiring a Store Supervisor to manage inventory and store operations at our cold storage facility.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward movement of inventory.
- Maintain stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Purchase, and Accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation and inventory control.
- Maintain proper storage conditions and compliance with cold chain procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Cold Storage stores/warehouse operations is mandatory.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and ERP/Tally.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Robust organizational and reporting skills.
