- Event support and logistics including coordinating catering, transportation, accommodation, and audiovisual services as required. Develop and maintain fitforpurpose event documentation, knowledge bases, timelines, templates and briefing materials that enable repeatable, productive delivery while maintaining a consistent PwC client experience.
- Event registration and database management, managing the full registration lifecycle, ensuring a seamless attendee experience from invitation through to post-event follow-up. Ensure data hygiene and compliance.
- Prepare briefs and project manage internal and external vendors communications, web, design, social media.
- Conduct market research to identify relevant awards, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Support the development of event related communications including event website,



client eDM, social and digital platforms and internal microsite(s).
- Collect and analyse data to inform improvements, optimise return on effort and input into future decisions about events.
- Working with various Marketing & Events Managers to provide integrated, end-to-end campaign delivery.
- Embrace agility and be responsive to support evolving needs of PwC and market dynamics.
- Champion our client-first one firm strategic marketing approach, collaborating with fellow Clients & Markets colleagues across Industries, Platforms and Businesses to achieve a coherent PwC presence in market.
