Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Execute Specification-Track project specification and conversion to meet the goals. in charge of all project sales and business development
2.Relationsip- Build and maintain a relatioship with architects,developers, contractors and key accounts & Govt bodies.
3.Complaince-Ensure complaince with specification & tenders in projects.
4.Promote MYK Laticrete solutions through technical presentations, site visits, and training programs
5.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support project execution and key accounts.
6.Maintain detailed reports on specifications, conversions, and engagement activities.
7.Act as a pilot for new innovations and products launched by MYKL, drive specifications, Approvals,



and market rollout.

8.Achieve monthly / yearly targets set by the management for all products under MYKL.

Job Requirements:

- 3-15 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications, BOQ preparation, and government tender processes.
- Excellent consultant coordination skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in creating explicit and concise technical presentations.
