Job Title: Project Manager / General Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to successful completion. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing projects of any nature, with strong skills in planning, execution, coordination, team management, and stakeholder communication.

Proficiency in English and Bengali reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead the project and coordinate with internal teams, field teams, consultants, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion of activities and deliverables.
- Identify project risks, challenges, and delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with government departments, municipal bodies, clients, and other external stakeholders, wherever required.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between project teams and management.
- Monitor project budgets, resources, quality,



and overall performance.
- Prepare regular project updates, MIS reports, presentations, and status reports for management.
- Conduct project review meetings and track action points to ensure timely closure.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Travel to project locations and field sites as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 5+ years of experience in project management or project execution.
- Candidates with experience in managing and leading projects will be considered.
- Proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders, teams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Robust leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English and Bengali language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking is compulsory.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
