We are seeking a technical writer to join our team. This person will work with various internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop, edit, and maintain software documentation. This person will evaluate and organize source material, which they will use to create customer-facing documentation that meets a high standard for accuracy and readability.

The ideal candidate:

- Has exemplary writing and editing skills, with extreme attention to detail and grammar.
- Has organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize projects, deliver high-quality work, and meet deadlines.
- Enjoys learning new skills and recent technologies.
- Can work with a team to analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
- Can work independently to produce content that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.





Basic Qualifications

- Three to five years of experience as a technical writer, or a similar role, in software development
- Proficient in HTML and markdown
- Advanced skills in Word
- Solid understanding of best practices in content architecture

Preference will be given to candidates who hav e experience with:

- Software that supports analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, or data management
- Jira and Confluence
- Acrobat
- Git
- Programming
- Scripting languages
