Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and reduce attrition.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding current hires, ensuring timely filling of open positions.
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, retention rates, and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement in HR operations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership team to develop talent management plans that align with organizational goals.
Job Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience in an HR role
- Solid understanding of HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits administration.
- Proven track record in reducing attrition rates through effective people practices and initiatives.
