Graphic Designer cum Video Editor (AI-Powered Real Estate Digital Marketing)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor with hands-on experience in AI-powered content creation to join our growing real estate digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, storytelling, branding, and social media, and should be able to create high-quality visual content that generates leads for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Design high-quality creatives for social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, and landing pages.

* Create brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, emailers, and branding materials.

* Edit engaging promotional videos, reels, shorts, walkthroughs, testimonials, and project launch videos.

* Develop motion graphics, logo animations, and animated ad creatives.

* Use AI tools to enhance productivity in graphic design, image generation, video editing, voiceovers, subtitles, and content creation.

* Create property presentations, project teasers, and marketing campaigns.

* Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop campaign creatives.

* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

* Optimize creatives for different social media platforms and digital advertising formats.

* Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and social media content formats.

Preferred Experience

* 2-5 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.

* Prior experience in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Digital Marketing Agencies is highly preferred.

* Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, social media campaigns, reels, and promotional videos.

Candidate Requirements

* Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, and branding.

* Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Knowledge of current Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads creative trends.

* Basic photography and videography knowledge will be an added advantage.

* Experience in drone footage editing is a plus.
