Position Overview

The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end logistics operations of the organization. This includes transportation, warehouse management, inventory control, distribution planning, vendor management, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Logistics Operations Management

- Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery timelines and reduce operational costs.




- Ensure accurate and timely shipment of goods (inbound and outbound).
- Monitor fleet performance, route planning, and delivery schedules.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Management

- Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage stock replenishment cycles.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and compliance in all warehouse facilities.
