We're Hiring: B2B Telecaller / Customer Support
Location: Nalmuri, West Bengal
(Office Cab available)
Education - min 12th pass
Experience - 1-6yrs
Mon - Sat - 9.30am to 6.30pm
Salary - 15k-20k inhand
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with B2B customers professionally.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing business clients.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on leads, customer feedback, and pending issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide product and service information to customers when required.
- Support customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
