BRIEF ABOUT THE ROLE :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Blockchain Architect with deep expertise in public blockchains, smart contract development (Solidity/Rust), and full stack web platforms. The ideal candidate will architect and build dApps, smart-contract-integrated platforms, and enterprise blockchain solutions working across Node.js (NestJS) and modern frontend frameworks (Angular 14+ ).

Youll drive technical architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure security, scalability, and performance across both blockchain and cloud-native components (AWS/GCP/Azure). Proficiency with Web3.js/ethers.js, Hardhat/Foundry, and distributed systems is essential.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of web platforms, cryptography, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead the design and development of full-stack blockchain applications using NestJS, Angular 14+, and Web3.js/ethers.js.
- Architect scalable backend services and RESTful / GraphQL APIs for on-chain and off-chain interactions.
- Build responsive front-end dashboards for blockchain transactions, wallets, analytics, and smart contract interactions.
- Apply strong database modeling, indexing, and performance tuning across the stack (SQL/NoSQL).
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), key management, signing services, and custody workflows.
- Design and manage RPC node infrastructure, connection pooling, and failover strategies.
- Lead architecture discussions and own high-impact technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering coding standards,



security practices, and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), and blockchain node operations.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and incident response plans.

DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:

Must Have:

- 10+ years of professional development experience.
- Thorough hands-on experience with Solidity, Web3 libraries (ethers.js/Web3.js), Node.js + NestJS, Angular 14+, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and TypeScript.
- Experience building microservices and distributed systems in production.
- Robust API design skills across REST and GraphQL.
- Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Deep understanding of blockchain and Web3 systems, including Layer-2 solutions and cross-chain bridges.
- Knowledge of upgradeable smart contract patterns, gas optimization, and common security vulnerabilities (reentrancy, access control, front-running).
- Experience with smart contract testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle).

Good to Have:

- Prior work on enterprise blockchain deployments or government projects.
- Familiarity with AI-driven coding assistants (Claude, Cursor) for development acceleration.
- Smart contract auditing or formal verification experience.
- Exposure to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or other large-scale agile methodologies.
- Experience with Layer 2 solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism) or sidechains.
- Familiarity with TheGraph, IPFS, Filecoin, or decentralized storage.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
