Glacier Smith, a unit of B P Poddar Group, is looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our cold storage facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise loading, unloading, stacking, and movement of goods within the cold storage.
- Manage floor manpower and allocate daily work.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with Stores, Dispatch, and Operations teams.
- Monitor operational efficiency and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and cold chain SOPs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Cold Storage facility is mandatory.
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, and manpower supervision.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
