We are seeking an experienced Private Chef for a family residence in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing healthy, vegetarian meals with a focus on salads, diabetic-friendly cuisine, and modern presentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, healthy, and nutritious vegetarian meals.
- Specialize in salads, diabetic-friendly dishes, and low-oil/low-ghee cooking.
- Create a variety of fancy, contemporary, and well-presented meals.
- Plan balanced menus according to the familys dietary preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate grocery requirements as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Private Chef or in a premium hospitality workplace is preferred.
- Strong expertise in healthy vegetarian cuisine, including diabetic-friendly meal preparation.
- Skilled in preparing modern, gourmet, and aesthetically presented dishes.
- Should be comfortable relocating to Kolkata.
- Preference will be given to candidates from outside Kolkata.
