Job Description:

MBA with 3-5 years of experience in Hospital Management.
Candidates should handle the Business Development team and encourage them to generate high flow business.
To analyse the different verticals of the services and prepare a precise plan for high worth revenue generation in accordance with the management instructions and vision.
To execute the planning and setting up the teams goals and targets to achieve the planned strategy
-Responsible for revenue generation from different modes and channels. (Need vast knowledge of current affairs)
Propose current business ideas to the management along with plan presentation.
Conducting weekly meetings with the team members for collecting on ground experience which should be discussed implemented strategically.
Being the team leader, the candidate should provide an assisting hand to the team members.
Create new business ideas focusing on the business growth and presenting the same in front of the line manager and to the management.
To propose various ideas for generating business to the management also considering the manpower planning recruitment for the Business Development.




Prepare quarterly plan, Half yearly Annual planning of sales and present that to the management coordinator.
Act as a coordinator between the business development team the operations team for smooth service execution.
Coordinating with the finance team for the invoicing and updating the finance team in regards to the status of the funds related to the service provided.
Responsible for the on-field business developments team and suggested to the HR regarding their attendance.
Being an active participant in the client meetings conducted by the Business Development team.
Responsible for data handling and management.
Responsible for client service at the top management level.
Updating the line manager and the management upon the progress of the business.
