Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 23 years of experience to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and basic financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day accounts (Purchase, Sales, Expenses)
- Pass journal entries and maintain ledgers
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking

GST & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Handle input/output tax reconciliation
- Ensure statutory compliance and documentation

Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS reports
- Assist in finalization of accounts (P&L;, Balance Sheet)
- Track COGS, expenses, and profitability (key for manufacturing)

Payables & Receivables





- Manage vendor payments and follow-ups
- Track customer outstanding and collections
- Invoice verification and billing support

Inventory & Costing

- Support stock audit and inventory accounting
- Maintain records of material consumption
- Assist in cost analysis for projects/products

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP systems
- Good understanding of GST & basic taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting)
- Knowledge of accounting standards
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification

- B.Com M.Com Equivalent
- Additional certification (CA Inter CMA Inter) is an advantage

- Familiar with stock audit & costing
- Able to work independently and meet deadline
