*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain

operations for our international pharmaceutical export business. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership

skills, excellent English communication, and hands-on experience in international shipping and EXIM

documentation.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Operations Management*

- Manage complete logistics for domestic + international shipments of API.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and warehouse teams.





- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export consignments to USA clients.

*2. Documentation & Compliance*

- Handle EXIM documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, etc.

- Ensure 100% compliance with FEMA, DGFT, Customs, and US FDA import requirements for pharma.

- Monitor EDPMS, BRC, and other RBI/DGFT compliance.

*3. Coordination & Cost Optimization*

- Work closely with Production, Purchase, and Sales for inventory movement and dispatch planning.

- Negotiate freight rates with vendors and optimize logistics cost without compromising compliance/TAT.

- Resolve shipment delays, customs holds, and documentation issues quickly.

*4. Reporting*

- Prepare weekly/monthly logistics reports, shipment tracker, and cost analysis.

- Maintain accurate shipment records and MIS for audit purposes.Role & responsibilities
