- Maintaining positive relationship with farmers, dealers & distributors and know their needs / get their feedback.
- Coordinate with Dealers / Distributors with the Production team.
- Payment collection.
- Achieve sales target and ensure revenue growth.
- Maintain data about the competitors rates and schemes.
- Prepare Dealer / Distributor schemes for moving our products.
- Conduct field visits, demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Any other job responsibility as assigned by the senior person.
