Role & responsibilities

Consulting & Partner Development

- Execute consulting assignments for Tally Certified Partners.
- Conduct partner visits, business reviews, CMP implementation, workshops, and training sessions.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and provide operational guidance.
- Support partners in improving customer engagement and business performance.

Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner owners and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Tally Regional Team for consulting initiatives and partner support.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned projects and follow-ups.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end hiring for partner organizations across North & South Bengal.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection.
- Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment documentation.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare MOMs, reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure timely submission of consulting reports and project updates.

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- 26 years of experience in Business Consulting, Sales, Recruitment, Relationship Management, Channel Sales, or Customer Success.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of TallyPrime or ERP solutions will be an added advantage (not mandatory)

Travel Requirement

This role requires extensive travel across North & South Bengal.

Candidates should be comfortable travelling for 715 days every month, depending on project and business requirements.
