Job Summary

STATCON ENERGIAA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for experienced Technicians Railway IPS Service to join our Railway Service Team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, AMC activities, and technical support for Integrated Power Supply (IPS) systems installed across Railway projects.

The role requires extensive travel to project sites across India and interaction with Railway officials and customers to ensure high system availability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Commissioning & Installation

- Installation and commissioning of Railway Integrated Power Supply (IPS) systems.
- Ensure installation as per technical drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with customer and project teams for timely execution.

Breakdown & Complaint Handling

- Attend service complaints within defined TAT.
- Diagnose faults and restore system operation quickly.
- Prepare complaint closure reports.

AMC & Preventive Maintenance

- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Follow monthly/quarterly AMC schedules.
- Submit service reports with customer acknowledgement.

System Performance

- Ensure maximum uptime of IPS systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Documentation

- Maintain commissioning reports, service reports, checklists, MOMs and maintenance records.
- Update internal service trackers and customer portals.

Customer Support





- Maintain skilled relationships with Railway officials and customers.
- Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction.

Spare Management

- Monitor spare parts consumption.
- Coordinate with stores for availability of critical spares.
- Maintain inventory records.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow Railway and company safety procedures.
- Use PPE and approved tools during site work.
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with execution, design, QA, stores and sales teams.
- Support cross-functional project activities.

Technical Development

- Participate in technical training programs.
- Upgrade knowledge on Railway IPS systems.
- Assist and guide junior technicians whenever required.
