We are looking for a hardworking, energetic Hotel Associate to join our hospitality team. This role includes full in office accommodation and meals provided by the company.

Key Terms & Schedule

- Locations: New Digha, Mandarmani, and Howrah (Note: This is a rotational job across these locations).
- Hours: 12-hour shifts.
- Days Off: 4 days off per month.
- Attendance: Strict no-leave policy during holidays and blackout dates.
- Perks: Free Fooding + Lodging provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service and assist in daily hotel operations.
- Work collaboratively across departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, or F&B;).
- Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Adapt readily to changing work environments across our different property locations.

Requirements

- Ability to handle 12-hour shifts with high energy.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork.
- Full commitment to working during peak holiday seasons.
- Flexibility to relocate between New Digha, Mandarmani, and Howrah as per operational requirements.
