Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, product manuals, API documentation, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and release notes.
- Develop high-quality content for SaaS products, software applications, and technology platforms.
- Write website copy, landing pages, product descriptions, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and technical articles.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UI/UX Designers, and QA teams to understand product functionality and convert technical information into clear documentation.
- Research emerging technologies, software trends, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation to create insightful content.
- Produce SEO-friendly technical blogs and website content that improve search visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Review, edit, and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Update existing documentation based on product enhancements and software releases.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create content supporting lead generation and product promotion.
- Ensure all documentation and marketing content follows industry best practices and technical writing standards.

Required Skills

- Proven experience writing for Software Products, SaaS Platforms, Cloud Applications, or Enterprise Solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts, SDLC, APIs, databases, and up-to-date web technologies.
- Experience writing technical documentation,



user manuals, implementation guides, and product documentation.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and simplify them for different audiences.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for technical content.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, GitBook, MadCap Flare, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, Markdown, CMS platforms (WordPress), and version control concepts is an advantage.
- Strong research, analytical, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS companies or software product organizations.

Experience

- Candidates must have prior experience in the IT/ITES industry.
- Experience writing technical blogs, IT service pages, software-related content, or technology articles will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree Computer Applications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
