Key Responsibilities:

- Assist walk-in clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions, while promoting services and packages.
- Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, offering detailed information on services,



offers and discounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service targets.
- Ensure the retail center is well-maintained, client-friendly, and track customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1-3 years in retail, sales, or customer service roles . Experience in matrimony sector would be an added advantage
