Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and recruitment records.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Robust communication and sourcing skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
- Experience in sourcing technical profiles such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, Salesforce, and Full Stack Developers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience working with domestic and/or US IT recruitment is an added advantage.
