(The Group Finance Head will provide financial leadership across all companies, driving governance, profitability, cash flow, and sustainable growth)

Strategic Finance

- Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy.
- Support expansion, acquisitions, and current business initiatives.
- Advise the Board and Management on financial decisions.

Group Financial Management

- Consolidate financial reporting across all group companies.
- Review monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPIs.
- Drive profitability and cost optimization.

Treasury & Banking

- Manage banking relationships, CC/OD limits, and working capital.
- Optimize fund utilization across the Group.
- Negotiate with banks and financial institutions.

Taxation & Compliance

- Oversee GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, statutory compliance, and audits.
- Ensure timely filing and regulatory compliance across all entities.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.

Business Performance





- Develop dashboards and management reports.
- Monitor receivables, inventory, margins, and operating efficiency.
- Recommend actions to improve profitability and cash flow.

Team Leadership

- Lead finance and accounts teams across all companies.
- Standardize financial SOPs.
- Drive ERP adoption and process automation.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, legal advisors, and investors.
- Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to promoters.

Qualification

- CA (Preferred)
- CMA / MBA Finance may also be considered.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership.
