Role & responsibilities





- Coordinate and support daily sales operations.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, finance, and customer service teams.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
