and interview processes.
- Build strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and educational institutions.

- Lead initiatives related to organizational design and development to support company growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.
4. Solid knowledge of labour laws, employment practices, and HR best practices.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
