Role & responsibilities
Sales & Execution HVAC, Commercial Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Revamp Projects)
- Oversee end-to-end execution of revamp projects, including planning, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Robust technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Proven track record in sales and project management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 612 years in HVAC/refrigeration sales and project execution, with exposure to retrofit/revamp projects.
