Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, understanding client requirements, and driving revenue growth by offering customized video production and creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, marketing managers, brand managers, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable creative solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until closure.
- Handle client objections professionally and communicate the value of professional video production services.
- Coordinate with the creative and production teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update the sales pipeline.





Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Sales Association or B2B Sales.
- Experience in an agency, media company, marketing agency, or production house is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and revenue goals.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience selling creative, marketing, branding, or digital services.
- Understanding of the video production process and creative workflows.
- Consultative selling approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
