- We are seeking an experienced Forex Card - Backend Operations Exec/Specialist @ Kolkata to manage backend processing of Forex Card issuance, reloads, unloads, transaction verification, compliance validation, and operational controls.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Forex Card platforms, prepaid/travel card operations, KYC verification, FEMA/LRS compliance, reconciliation, and maker-checker transaction processing.
- Candidates currently working in Forex Companies, AD-II License Holders, FFMCs, Travel Card Operations, Prepaid Card Operations, Banking Forex Operations, or Fintech Card Processing environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Forex Card issuance, reload, unload and card maintenance requests
- Create and maintain cardholder records in Forex Card Management Systems
- Maker-checker processing and transaction verification
- KYC and document validation (Passport, Visa, PAN, Form A2, Air Tickets, etc.)
- Compliance checks covering AML, FEMA, LRS, and regulatory requirements
- Multi-currency wallet setup and transaction monitoring
- Exception handling, reconciliation, and audit-ready record maintenance
- Coordination with processors, compliance teams, and internal stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile:





- 3-7 years in Forex Card Operations / Travel Card Operations / Prepaid Card Operations
- Robust working knowledge in Forex Card platforms and Card backend operations
- Experience handling card issuance, loading, reloading, unloading and closure processes
- Working knowledge of FEMA, RBI Forex regulations and Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS)
- Experience in KYC, AML, sanctions screening and transaction validation
- Exposure to Visa/Mastercard prepaid card operations
- Experience in maker-checker processing environment
- Strong reconciliation and exception handling skills
