Job Title: Senior Merchandiser - Apparel Exports (Kidswear)

Job Summary :

Times Fiberfill Private Limited is hiring a Senior Merchandiser - Apparel Exports to independently manage end-to-end merchandising operations for international apparel export orders. Candidates with experience in Kidswear and international buyer handling will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in garment merchandising, costing, product development, production coordination, TNA management, vendor management, and shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle complete order execution from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Coordinate with international buyers regarding product development, approvals, order status, and shipment schedules.
- Prepare order sheets, costing, consumption, and merchandising documentation.
- Coordinate sampling, proto samples, fit samples, size, set samples, PP samples, and shipment samples.
- Manage fabric sourcing, trims, accessories, lab dips,color approvals, and material follow-up.
- Prepare and monitor the Time & Action (TNA),Calendar to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with production, planning, QA, factories,fabric mills, and trim suppliers.
- Monitor production progress and resolve merchandising and production issues.




- Conduct vendor follow-up and negotiate pricing, MOQ, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, product safety requirements, and social compliance norms.
- Coordinate shipment planning and documentation until dispatch.
- Maintain excellent buyer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Product Experience :

- Kidswear
- Organic Cotton Garments (Preferred)
- Woven & Knit Garments

Candidate Profile :

- Graduate in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Apparel/Garment Export House.
- Prior experience in Kidswear/Babywear merchandising is preferred.
- Experience handling international buyers independently(preffered).
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, trims, printing, embroidery, washing, and finishing.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and buyers simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
