The candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing the sales and marketing strategy for specific regions and achieving substantial Sales Growth.
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of predominantly B2B channel sales experience in Eastern India, preferably in stainless steel tubes, steel tubes, aluminium profiles, building & construction materials, roofing sheets or steel products, in that order of preference. Besides delivering profitable sales growth, the candidate should have strong commercial judgement in dealer selection, credit approval, credit limits and collections, with an outstanding track record of building long-term dealer relationships.
Preferred candidate profile
They candidate should be capable of leading a team of 2-3 salesmen. Pleasing personality, maturity,
interpersonal skills are requisite requirements for the role.
Although sales is the primary requirement from these candidates, if we can get someone with marketing skills with ability to lead the company's brand-building initiatives through advertising, digital marketing, social media and other marketing channels, while developing growth strategies backed by data, market intelligence and technology, it would be additional advantage. The candidate should be IT and AI savvy, capable of leveraging up-to-date digital tools to improve sales effectiveness, marketing impact and business decision-making.
