We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates across various industries and functions. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under deadlines, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, attitude, and job fit.
- Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Coordinate interview feedback and follow up with candidates.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while meeting quality standards.
- Develop relationships with candidates to provide a positive recruitment experience.
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Meet individual and team hiring targets.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or any related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in recruitment, staffing, consulting, BPO hiring, or manpower consultancy is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
