About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented RBI Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance, statutory reporting, governance and audit management for the NBFC, ensuring adherence to RBI, SEBI, MCA and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

- Monitor RBI Master Directions, Circulars and Scale-Based Regulations (SBR); ensure compliance on KYC/AML, Fair Practices Code and Prudential Norms.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns via CIMS, DAKSH and other RBI/SEBI/MCA portals; maintain the compliance calendar.

Audit, Inspection & Regulatory Liaison

- Coordinate RBI inspections, statutory/secretarial audits; act as primary liaison with regulators and track closure of audit observations.

Governance & Policy

- Draft and update compliance policies,



SOPs and governance frameworks; present regulatory updates to senior management and Board Committees.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) preferred;.
- 8–10 years in NBFC / BFSI / FinTech / Housing Finance, with proven RBI compliance, inspection and reporting experience.
- Prior exposure to secretarial and corporate governance functions preferred.
