Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Robust communication skills for effective phone conversations with clients; ability to work independently from home office setup.
- Proficiency in English language; knowledge of Hindi language an added advantage.
Compensation
- Unpaid Internship but with 100 % Variable Pay
- Rs 100 per qualified meeting scheduled
- 20% Flat Commission upon closures
