About the Role

Vivre Panels is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source quality talent across both white-collar and blue-collar roles.

The role requires someone who enjoys interacting with candidates, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is willing to take ownership of hiring requirements from sourcing to interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Sourcing

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both White Collar and Blue Collar positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, job portals, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Perform resume screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct CV calling, telephonic screening, and cold calling to identify suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle until joining.

Job Posting & Documentation

- Create and publish job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms.
- Prepare and draft professional Job Descriptions (JDs) based on business requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases, interview trackers, and recruitment records.
- Update recruitment reports and hiring status on a daily basis.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions within defined timelines.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations





- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring initiatives whenever required.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment-related activities and documentation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in hiring both White Collar and Blue Collar profiles.
- Strong sourcing expertise through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Experience in CV calling, cold calling, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to prepare qualified Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Willingness to take ownership and proactively accept current challenges.
