We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our e-commerce operations across multiple online marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in marketplace management, client handling, sales growth, operations, and digital commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations for multiple client accounts.
- Handle marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, JioMart, and other online platforms.
- Create and execute strategies to increase online sales, visibility, and profitability.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and catalog health.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Catalog, PPC, Content, Design, Operations, and Customer Support.
- Analyze sales reports, traffic, conversion rates, and marketplace performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment coordination.
- Manage promotional campaigns, festive sales, and marketplace offers.
- Handle client communication, performance reviews, and business growth planning.
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Identify marketplace issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and present business insights to management.
- Stay updated with marketplace policy changes, industry trends,



and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace panels.
- Experience with Shopify or D2C website management.
- Knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP, and inventory management systems.
- Understanding of PPC campaigns, SEO, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, client management, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Experience in D2C, B2B, and B2C business models will be an added advantage.
