Eligibility:

- Any 12th pass can apply for this role.
- Required Excellent fluency in English ,Hindi & Bengali Language
- Typing speed 25 to 30 WPM.

Salary:

English + Hindi/Bengali: 15,000 CTC- 12,300 In-hand

Hindi + Bengali: 13,500 CTC- 10,900 In-hand

Performance based incentives

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handling and Solving customer queries via chat and call.
- Maintain high quality communication standards and customer satisfaction.
- Provide real time assistance on order status, billing, technical support, or general service queries.
- Stay updated on products, processes,



and promotions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when required.
