Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic BTL Executive to plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities for our Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) Programs. The role involves managing on-ground campaigns, partnerships, and outreach initiatives to drive student engagement and admissions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 03 years (Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Must be comfortable with traveling for on-ground events and outreach activities.
- Robust interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Experience in education or event marketing will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and execute BTL campaigns, events, and tie-ups for UG & PG programs.
- Conduct outreach activities across schools, colleges, and corporates.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Build and manage partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance.
- Support marketing and admissions teams in achieving lead generation targets.
