We are looking for dynamic professionals with B2 or higher Spanish language proficiency and excellent English communication skills to join our international recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience interacting with Spanish-speaking job seekers in a voice-based environment.

As a Spanish Language Specialist, you will communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates across the United States, guide them through the recruitment process, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while working closely with our US recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Spanish-speaking candidates for recruitment and hiring.
- Handle inbound and transferred candidate calls with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Explain job opportunities, hiring processes, compensation, and work expectations in Spanish and English.
- Screen and assess candidates based on predefined hiring criteria.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to engage candidates.
- Work on job boards and maintain candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates through calls, emails, and chats throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS and ensure accurate documentation.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while achieving hiring targets.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience handling Spanish-speaking customers/clients in a voice-based customer service, recruitment, BPO, or similar international process.




- B2 or higher Spanish language proficiency (spoken communication is mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience will be an added advantage but NOT A MANDATORY SKILLSET.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Good working knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Must be willing to join immediately.
- Comfortable working night shifts in a work-from-office setting.
