Role & responsibilities :

- Develop, implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs to align with the organization's business objectives and promote a positive work culture
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers to attract top talent to the organization
- Develop and deliver employee training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews
- Ensure HR databases and records are accurate and up-to-date, including employee files, attendance records, and benefit information
- Assist with the development and management of employee compensation and perks programs




- Collaborate with the Manager to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving HR programs and practices

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment standards, human rights, and health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and provide guidance to employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for HR programs and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using HR management software and databases.
