Key Roles Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing all aspects of the project, including, but not limited to:

Preconstruction exercises with client, design team, and potential project partners

Direct and/or prepare budgetary and comprehensive cost estimate proposals

Assist with value engineering proposals throughout project

Evaluate and qualify bids from pre-qualified subcontractors, including detailed scope review

Facilitate, award, and review all client contracts and vendor subcontracts

Develop and maintain project schedules, including weekly review during OAC meetings

Collaborate with CFO and project accounting team to review all current project costs, cost to complete schedules, as well as pay applications as required

Direct project team as required, including; Project Interns, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Field Operations and Superintendents

Assist with preparation of project closeout documentation as required
